Absa AgriBusiness recently released their outlook for spring 2017/2018. This outlook provides an overview of the global, South African, Kenyan, and Zambian agricultural economies, as well as their impact on farmers and producers. The overview includes summaries of the following sectors: Vegetables and fruit (with an additional in-depth focus on avos and citrus), the macadamia and pecan nut industry, and the game and ostrich industry.
